Love these glasses
Love these glasses. Ordered two pair for my husband and myself and liked them so much we ordered two more! Had an issue with one of the cases and customer service got back to us quickly and resolved our issue! Highly recommend this business.

Complaint falling on deaf ears
The customer service agent does not listen to my problem about my issue with the product. She continues to send me the same product two more times instead of helping me with the issue with the product. She does not listen at all.

Great service when my glasses broke to get replacement set
Received my connect reading glasses in August and sadly one of the arms broke off unexpectedly. Anyway, contacted the support team explained my predicament and showed pics and they responded within 48 hours and are sending me a replacement set of glasses. I have to say impressed with the ease of contacting them and the response, I will continue to be a long-term thin optics owner and had had many variants over the years. Well done!!

Smart and useful, good customer service
Pro: Smart useful product. I use these while flying so I don't have to have sunglasses and reading glasses under my headset earpieces. Customer support promptly took care of a wrong order, even though it was my own fault. Thank you! :D Con: I have had to replace them periodically after breakage. Not suprising, but I do keep spare glasses handy. I haven't bought them in a year or so maybe the design has improved.
