Excellent Customer Service Regarding a Concern
I could not fault the Manhattan blue light blocks for reading emails and hard copy material. When I was in touch with the ThinOptics team regarding a general query, they have been super helpful and fast to respond in order to assist me. Loving thin optics
I enjoy not having bulky readers that take up lots of space in my purse. Also, I can attach the mini version to my phone, so convenient

I love having my readers always with me
I love having my readers always with me since they are attached to my phone which is always with me! What a great concept! Their customer service is excellent: I have really appreciated how promptly they respond and how hard they work to remedy any issue I have had.

Serious Design Flaw
Purchased many ThinOptics products over the last few years. I like the product but, the phone pods have a serious flaw. All my lenses get scratched after a very short time, making many lenses useless after only several months of use. I would hate to think that this is a deliberate act by the designers to ensure the repeat orders of the lenses seperately, but nothing would surprise me in this day and age. I see it as a simple solution by using a softer material on the entry sides of the case. Thinoptics needs to fix this ASAP.
