The Best Customer Support
The Best Customer Support I used Thinoptics glasses for many years and they made life easier as I used them to read lots of material. The glasses broke and I needed a new pair, so I contacted customer support to get a new pair. Customer support responded immediately and sent me a new pair at no charge. They were great. This all took place 3 weeks ago (6/11/24)

I love my ThinOptics
I love my ThinOptics and the convenience of whipping out my pince nez glasses (aka clip-ons) from my cell phone case. When I replaced my damaged phone case I reached out to ThinOptics and their response was quick & kind. The replacement adhesive tape is in the mail as I type. Great product with great customer service!

The only place you need for readers
I have been purchasing my readers from ThinOptics for a couple of years now, and they are the best. The customer service is amazing and very knowledgeable and responsive. This is the only place I buy my readers.
