Great Company
I have several products that I have purchased over the years from Thin Optics and I have always had great service from them. I recently had an order that contained the wrong strength lenses for the glasses and they immediately replaced them with no hassle.

Nose piece broken... BUT
I have purchased numerous pair of ThinOptic glasses as gifts for family members and also use them myself. I particularly like the adhesive case I attached to the back of my iPhone so when I do not have my prescribed readers, I can still read the menu or signs. I dropped my main pair and broke the nose piece off. Unfortunately, the glasses are only covered under warranty for 6-months, however, ThinOptics replaced my readers at no charge to me despite it being past their warranty period. Honestly, I am surprised they broke as they are typically quite durable. I guess I just dropped them one too many times. This is coming from a 45-year old man who was not thrilled on having to wear glasses. These are a great minimalistic alternative to prescription readers. After I emailed ThinOptics about my issue, Rhea reached out to me over the phone and provided excellent customer service. Give them a chance, I think you will be happy you did. Thank you, ThinOptics!

I cooked my glasses
I’ve had a pair of glasses which I forgotten on my visor in the sun for about six months and a young lady Rhia Was super helpful and helping me get a new pair customer service is second to none they’re very helpful and they’re really trying to do the right thing which is amazing considering a lot of business taking advantage of people in this horrible economy we have

We have been happily using ThinOptics…
We have been happily using ThinOptics Readers for many years. After much love and wear, the nosepiece grippers have worn off. When I contacted the customer service chat to try and get the pieces, Miguel kindly sent a full replacement. What an unexpected surprise - thank you so much!

made a mistake in my ordering. Contacted TO and was imprint several ways: every response from TO was prompt the tone was always super-friendly and customer focussed the solution suggested was spot on and uncomplicated! Thank you Ian from Thin Optics

ThinOptics is my #1 Reader
ThinOptics is not only a great product, but it has excellent customer service. I have been using the readers for over 10 years and their small size and convenience makes losing them a non-issue because I can store them right on the back of my phone. And when I needed to reference the warranty, Miguel in customer service was happy to help. Love ThinOptics!

Customer service a priority
Rhea was incredibly helpful in obtaining my readers after multiple attempts to not be able to process my payment. Thankfully not only could she help but provided a discount on the price for my inconvenience. This store has some of the best assortment of readers as well as a client service team to assist you
