Amazing Customer Service!
Not only is this a great, convenient, and oft times necessary product; but the customer service is OUTSTANDING!!! The only customer service that compares is from Chewy.com (pet food/products). No one else comes close to ThinOptics, not even USAA banking.

The customer service is amazing
The customer service is amazing. I inquired about glasses for a friend and they quickly assisted and handle my friend and she is super happy!!!

I made a mistake in ordering

Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service! When I ordered reading glasses for my father, he needed a higher strength, and thin optics responded with open arms. They sent a new pair and even let me keep the old pair with no cost.

Excellent Customer Service
I made a mistake in my order regarding strength of the lenses, and they quickly and happily sent a replacement at no charge or cost to return. In fact they suggested I donate the wrong pair to charity. That’s great customer service.

The customer service rep was great
The customer service rep was great ! (Ian ) He was very helpful and quick in taking care of my issue. Please let Ian know that I was very please with him. Good employees are hard to find now days and to keep.

Brilliant service and wonderful…
Brilliant service and wonderful product. Be careful to read the instructions for key ring version before attempting to put the glasses back into the holder, there's a link on YouTube showing how this is done.
