Just read that Thrive Automator is not going to be supported any longer. Bad news! Not only do I have to re-configure all my existing automations. I also need to pay for yet another plugin. And this is on top of the already quite expensive Thrive Suite. Makes me think to switch by the end of the subscription! They claim it adds new features. To me it just looks like a cost saving measure, on the back of their users. I'm still giving 2 (not 1) starts, because Thrive Apprentice works. Although it took much longer than expected to set it up.

It has some great plugins, but also a lot of bugs.

I used ThriveThemes for three years and found the experience underwhelming. The selection of themes is limited, which restricts customization options, and the features offered are standard, with nothing exceptional compared to other services in the market. Customer support was a consistent disappointment, with slow response times and insufficient assistance. While the pricing is average, it doesn’t provide the value you would expect for the quality of service received. Overall, ThriveThemes falls short of expectations, especially when compared to its competitors.

Was very good for a while. Recently sold and the buyer has fallen asleep.

New customers are more important than loyal ones. The price of my license has increased significantly and I asked to split it (as for new customers) but this is not possible for those who have been paying for over two years. The assistance has worsened considerably, extending the times considerably. Now I am forced to renew my subscription to keep the sites active but, after 3 years being treated in this way makes me think that the time has come for a change.

Since they changed from running the support through their website to opening tickets through their website, their service level has become disappointngly slow. When you are trying to run a business, especially in today's competitive world, and their Thrive Architect has bugs, it makes me look like I have a poor course that doesn't work properly. I haven't had a poor review since I started my business 15 years ago, but now i'm getting them every week. I'm looking for a better solution that works now and has better support. I'm sorry Thrive, this is my last quarter with your company.

EDIT: After reading other reviews posted earlier to mine, I am adding that I, too, was a huge fan of Thrive Themes -- all of the plug-ins as well. I'm going into my 4th year of using it (I have 4 or 5 licenses). I didn't realize Thrive was under new ownership / management. What a difference from what it used to be. Buyer/user, be advised that things are quite different now. Based on my experience and other reviews I'm reading here, seems the first line of CS is doing a good job. The rest of what's going on beyond the initial CS is clearly what's tanking. +++++++++++++++++++ - I reported an error message when activating Thrive Leads on a new WordPress install. - Thrive support requested FTP access to fix the issue directly on the site. - I provided FTP access. - Thrive support tried to force install Thrive Leads but was unsuccessful. - Thrive support requested permission to deactivate non-Thrive plugins (there were 3: Yoast, Duplicate Page, and Classic Editor) and switch to a default WordPress theme to isolate the issue. - I granted permission. - Thrive support was unable to catch the fatal error causing the issue and escalated the issue to Thrive developers per my request. - Thrive developers caused the site to go down by adding a 'die' to one of the plugins. - Thrive developers did not inform me that the site was down. I discovered it myself 1.5 days later. End result: I cannot install the full suite of Thrive products. Will have to purchase another product to do what Thrive should.

Good product in general - although a lot of the features you elsewhere as well. The problem here is more company politics. If you want to cancel your subscription you have to click >5 times to really end you subscription. I understand that it might improve their revenue numbers, but this is horrible user experience and shows weird company politics.
