I have had Thrive Themes for many years and am very satisfied with how relatively easy it is to use on my sites and how much customization it allows. I can build beautiful pages without much technical knowledge. When something doesn't work, I am generally satisfied with the support. Lately, I have been especially satisfied to learn that support is not afraid to correct themselves, when an issue wasn't resolved correctly the first time around. To me, that is taking responsibility and being human, even though it wasn't the same support member the first time.

I have been with Thrive for about five years now, they are always helpful and supportive when I need help! A great product.

The support team was able to identify a corrupt column that was causing issues in mobile view. They were able to fix this for us and then also taught us about an issue we didn't even realize we had in tablet view with slide-in animations. They went above and beyond.

Thrive Support was great. It was a few back and forth emails with Horea and I trying to troubleshoot exactly what was happening with Thrive Apprentice and my Stripe Checkout. After doing multiple tests, we eventually narrowed down to the exact issue that was causing my checkout problem and it turns out it was a caching plugin interfering with the stripe checkout page itself after one of my customers would click through on a Thrive Apprentice product. The service was great - the attention to detail on getting to the bottom of the problem was excellent! Thanks Horea!

I rate Thrive Themes support team the best out of all the support teams I've had to interact with online over the years. Which is a lot of support teams by the way. They respond to my needs immediately, accurately, and politely. I'm extremely happy with Thrive Themes.

Excellent support and very clear guidance. I had a fairly complicated issue with a Post List Filter on a custom post type archive in Thrive Theme Builder. The filter worked at first, but after refreshing the page or using the browser Back button, WordPress sometimes loaded the wrong archive page. The support team carefully checked the issue on my actual site, explained the cause in a very clear way, and gave me the exact steps to fix it without using custom code. Their explanation about the conflict between WordPress reserved query variables and Thrive’s filter settings was especially helpful. Thanks to their guidance, I was able to fix the problem safely. Fast, knowledgeable, and very thoughtful support. I really appreciate the help.
