The support team at Thrive is unmatched and unrivaled. They helped me with a whole bunch of issues. They are not your average customer service employees, they are all experts in their fields who go above and beyond in helping you resolve your issues. They intervened repeatedly directly in my website and helped modify some things that were going wrong. However, thrive theme is quite expensive at $600 running per year. If this amount were a one time purchase it would be understandable, but it's subscription model is not very affordable...

Got a solution, but it takes always a little bit long. I am a Thrive Theme customer since 6 years. Since around 1 year, there are more problems around Thrive and support takes longer. But overall, it's still a great solution and I am happy with Thrive.
