Rip off
Rip off. Offered me $350 for a brand new never used phone that sells for $700+. After I finally decided to just do it and send them my phone, they changed their offer to $275. They sent me the payment via PayPal and took days to tell PayPal they received my phone causing a major issue in my PayPal account. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. Ever.

Very easy process, and quick!
Very easy to get a quote. They were quick to send a shipping label and then quick to provide payment when they received my items. Would definitely recommend!

Simple process, inaccurate description
The process was simple but the description was not accurate. I sent in an open box but new, exactly what one of their descriptions of new was on their selling page, but they didn't honor it.
