Bought this for my son and he is loving it and really enjoying brushing his team and then i grabbed one for myself too and also liking it. Dealt with customer service a couple of times and they have been super helpful and responsive...i would recommend.

My son and I love this toothbrush. My teeth have never been so white! I also feel it cleans the gum line a thousand times better than a regular toothbrush. It doesn't completely clean the tooth surface so I use a regular brush a couple times a week after the autobrush. Overall I love it, and much fewer complaints from my 8 yr old about having to brush his teeth:O)

I had some issues with shipping but the customer service reps were extremely responsive and helpful and helped me along with fixing the issue. I absolutely LOVE my AutoBrush. I always had an issue with a regular toothbrush when trying to get any plaque from the backs and inner sides of my teeth and AutoBrush gets it everytime. It's very gentle, in a good way...like it feels really good and your mouth feels clean after every use....at first, I couldn't get the bristles to reach the gum line on my front top teeth but as I used it I figured out by slightly bending the brush head while its in your mouth but moving the AutoBrush up then down with your hand, I am able to get all parts of my teeth. I'm on day 3 and my teeth look amazing!! They're at least 3 or 4 shades whiter and they look and feel so clean! It's necessary to use the flossers though probably every other day which is so great for me because I didn't floss enough prior to auto brush. I'm very happy with my purchase and I definitely recommend. Whether you completely swap your brushing regimen or if you just add AutoBrush to you already daily regimen, it is so worth it...my teeth feel so much happier since I've got my AutoBrush. I did have one issue...with the toothpaste pump bottle...but I found a quick helpful video showing how to fix that very issue.

I wanted to like this product- it sounds so convenient and too good to be true. Unfortunately it was absolutely too good to be true. The first issue was it took forever to get my shipment in. Then I noticed they didn’t even send me the brush heads. I bought the adult whitening package and the kids brush package for my three year old. I had to wait over a week and leave a crummy comment on their Facebook page to get a response back. Then I had to jump through hurdles for them to believe I didn’t get the products I didn’t receive. Once they arrived, I was excited and so was my daughter. I tried the brush on the highest setting, even went back and forth using my hand as if I was brushing my teeth: #1: it literally did not take off ANY plaque- my teeth felt exactly the same as before brushing them. #2: using both the toothbrush and the whitening tray, it was messy, didn’t reach all of my teeth, did not come close to my gum line and drool was coming out everywhere. Not to mention, inevitably the drool and product were going into the electronic part of the device which I can only assume will break the product sooner rather than later. #3: the “bristles” on the brush are like thick gummy plastic and literally don’t even hit your teeth if that makes sense. Like why didn’t they at least use regular toothbrush bristles? In addition, they do not get into nooks and crannies and that is going to cause dental issues down the line. I brushed my teeth with an old fashioned toothbrush and felt so much better. This was not worth my daughter getting cavities and myself feeling like my mouth was still dirty. I was counting down the seconds until I was done using the Autobrush because of how annoying and inconvenient it was. I contacted customer service and they said I would not be able to get a refund or return the products. They told me that everyone else is a satisfied customer and that I must be using it wrong. I watched all their videos and read the directions—making sure I understood fully. Please, do not waste your money. That’s over $200 down the drain and I feel so disappointed that I was scammed into this product. When a company truly believes in their product, they will offer a money back guarantee and would at the very least take an unhappy customer and do what they can to fix the issue instead of claiming they don’t know what they’re doing.

I have been using the autobrush for a week and a half and it leaves my teeth feeling gritty because it does not remove plaque. My teeth never feel clean after using, even after running the brush mode 2 or 3 or 4 times. The toothpaste does freshen your breath. It is very easy to use too much, and then the foam can become too foamy and I've had instances where I've accidentally swallowed it because of how much foam there is, and because the brush mouthpiece takes up so much space in your mouth there isn't anywhere else for the foam to go. The brush mouthpiece seems to be a generic one size fits most. I have large front teeth and the bristles do not reach the top of my teeth or my gumline. I am glad I did not throw away my manual toothbrush, but I am upset that I spent so much money on this system that doesn't actually clean my teeth. I am giving this 2 stars instead of one only because i purchased the whitening kit and the whitening gel alone is just as effective as any other. As for the whitening tray - it is not a good fit that keeps the gel on your teeth. It seems to me that using the tray actually just increases saliva production which washes the whitening gel away.

This does not clean your teeth at all. No matter what I try I cannot get it to clean my or my daughter’s teeth. A complete scam. Do not buy!

This toothbrush does not clean your teeth to the standard that is recommended. It is a nice idea. However, I have returned this product and show that it was signed for but when I call, email or chat with a customer support member no one is able to help me. I have sent several emails and made several calls and no one will get back in touch with me about a refund for all unused items that I returned!! They only know how to do their job when they are selling you the product but if you need a refund they forget how to do what's right!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

I can see the future of dental care with this autobrush. There could be some more improvement but I love the technology. This is a complete game changer when in comes to brushing. As far as my experience, with regular flossing and tongue scraping, I can toss out my old toothbrush and stick with autobrush. I've really noticed a change and my teeth are much whiter.
