We chose this product specifically based on how well the app for mobile os operated. Our employees have found it easy to navigate and manage their time. Its unfortunate the web browser platform isnt as user friendly. We find the web platform difficult to navigate and poorly executed. Its almost as if it was developed in the 90's and never updated.

I've received good service, and the program is easy enough to learn. One of our user's who compared it with another program finds it clunky /difficult to use in comparison, but the other program did not have an option to track overtime. Ideally for our company a program like this would allow us to make a custom field or two, so we can gather additional info from our staff that we typically gather on time sheets - if it did that we might switch our whole staff over but as it is, we use it only for those who are on the road and need to clock their time on mobile devices.

New interface is a huge improvement, and the apps are a breeze. Would be great if a basic command such as total hours worked on a job was provided, instead TSheets expects you to know or find the exact dates when a job started - it's an inconvenience that could easily be addressed.

We have multiple companies across our state and needed a way to manage people from afar. This looked to be a good option. While I think it still is, there apparently ways around the system that my employees have figured out. We want a designated computer for employees to clock in/out while people who truly travel and are out of the store could use their cell phones to clock in/out. Even though I have them restricted from being able to use the app on their phones, they are able to do so. That was disappointing. Also, I have difficulties getting pay rates to come across to the pay checks on new hires and have to manually add the pay rate on each check. Now, while I have those 2 issues with a program I pay for, I find it to be better than the other programs I have researched. Look forward to fixes to these issues.
