TSheets works pretty well once you understand everything that is going on in the app. They make it easy to sync to our payroll provider (Gusto.com) and import the hours. One thing they could do better is giving more freedom to how PTO works so that it can match what we have in our company handbook. I am sure they are working hard on upgrades! Still a better solution than the old school time clock.

TSheets has been very flexible in making changes to support their customer base. The QuickBooks Online integration has made this app work nearly seamlessly with our existing workflow. The two things that keep me from giving it 5 stars is: a) PTO & Holiday don't apply against those items in QuickBooks, and; b) Service Items don't apply across a line in the timesheet and aren't by default billable or not.

Hello Matthew! Thanks so much for your review and your feedback! We definitely are excited for QuickBooks Full Service Payroll that will allow for payroll Item mapping with Online users! This should help with the limitations some users have with the different rates. Also we hear you on the default billable option which currently can be selected, just not automatically set. We are looking into making that an option to be set to yes by default as well. Keep that feedback coming!

Great product. only limited in two aspects IMO: 1) only two levels of job codes....ir should have more 2) configuration for customer review and approval..not just manager approval
