i purchased a pool heat pump early this summer, while waiting for the pool water to reach closing temp we had a warm week, so i decided to try to cooling function of the heat pump. the pump would not cool. I emailed the company. I think we had a total of three emails between tech support and myself and they shipped a new unit out to me. Ive had a couple exchanges with tech support prior to this, all have been outstanding experiences. Ive been very happy with the BV58 heat pump and the support Turbro has given supporting their product.

Was very happy with the customer service Turbro. I had a AC unit that had a bad humming noise coming from the fan blades and some damage on it as well. Even though I bought an open box they worked with me and is sending me a new AC for my RV. Thank you Lavinia you gave me the best customer service. Kevin

We had an issue with our heat pump, and Turbro took care of it appropriately and with minimal effort on our part!

I was given a pair of older TURBRO portable roll-around air conditioners that I needed the part that couples the exhaust hose to the back of the units. Not knowing about the availability of these parts I contacted TURBRO directly. Also not knowing the name of the part I needed, I tried to explàin it to the very helpful customer service reps, Nicole and April. But in my telling, I referred to the wrong part. When I received the wrong part I contacted them to clarify what part I needed and to start an exchange. They immediately sent out the parts I did need and told me not to bother returning the wrong parts! The whole time during all of this they really catered to my needs and responded quickly. If I eventually need new air conditioning in my next move I am looking into, I will definitely contact them to fulfill that need.

I purchased 12 mini splits in 2023, the series before Cosmo series, and one of them failed to work these past days, September 2026. I contacted Costumer Support, and after some verification steps, the compressor stopped working, they sent me un upgraded version of the Cosmo series. No hassle, no objection, no delay. April, the representative of TOSOT community, was extremely helpful! What a great experience! If you decide to it a TOSOT mini split, go ahead with full confidence, just make sure you don’t forget to register the system for warranty as is the best method to communicate with them later in case something goes wrong. I ordered the Turbro 13.5k unit which arrive very quickly. Once it was installed the a/c was making a strange noise that would disappear when the shroud was removed. I contacted support and was very impressed with their speed on interaction. When I sent them a video of the issue and explained that I was leaving soon on a trip they sent me a new unit so that my trip wouldn't be delayed. For that I am greatfull and impressed with their support group! Thank you April and Team.

Turbro makes excellent products and uses state of the art electronics, and that is a key area to rate a product. But a second area is warranty support. In the rare instance of needing to fulfill a warranty claim in my case, Turbro was very quick to respond, problem solving was not laborious, and when problem solving locally did not rectify the issue, they sent a replacement immediately. I could not ask for more. Thank you.
