Amazing customer service.

The product and price is good - - I would have given TURBRO five stars if the customer service was better ...it took 2 weeks and at least 5 eMails to get one of my 2 heaters replaced . It would be better if they had a 1-800 number to call and be able to answer all questions / concerns in 10 minutes or less. Siempre Fiel, Michael Cordero / United States 🇺🇸 Marine since 1984

Watch the video before you start putting it together, especially the stand! It’s been really fun playing around with all the different lighting options! It’s really cool and we’re getting so many compliments on it! I gave it 4 stars because I struggled putting the stand together and didn’t find it “ easy “ at all, but I’m not too handy either!
