The UPS told us that they tried to deliver the package three times, but no one was present at the delivery address. As soon as we received the notification, we emailed you the details about how to pick up your package and how to contact the UPS to deliver your package again when you came back to your address. We sent them to you several times, but you didn’t give us a response and we have been waiting for the result. We have promised you before that if the package is lost, we will bear all costs and refund you full amount. In addition, when the order was shipped out, the email of shipping information was automatically sent to you; you may not have noticed it. To save your time, even though we haven’t received the returned glasses, we have refunded you the full amount, please check it.
