Please note that you selected the Standard Shipping (7-20 days) as your shipping method for your two orders. If you need faster delivery, please select the Express Shipping, it will take only 2-7 days for shipping. There are 2 frames in the order, could you please tell us which one you are not satisfied? Once locate the issue, we will know how to do next; please don't worry, we will do our best to resolve this matter to your satisfaction. About the size of the frame, on the website, we have shown all the details in the product description of each frame. Concerning this issue, we figured out a suitable solution.  As you are our valued repeat customer, you can select any other frame on our website, we are willing to remake the glasses with the same lenses and reship to you, only charging some processing fee.  Can you accept this solution?  We really value your satisfaction as our customer and we will do our best to resolve this matter to your satisfaction.
