I'm sure they would of been lovley, the packaging was nice and the frames looked like I would of loved them....but I put my prescription in wrong 😂

I’m thrilled with the distance ones but the reading ones not so good. Just got to work and I’ve got to get so close to the pc screen to be able to see it so only rated a three from me.

The frames are lovely but despite me putting in my prescription which I have used on line before the lenses are totally wrong for me and I can’t see a thing so total waste of money for me. I originally gave a 1 star. But after posting the review they reached out to be and offered to sort the system. Which was amazing. I would have given then higher but after bouncing emails back and forth and them offering me a free replacement, which I accepted, they then said the lenses I wanted weren’t available and I would need to pay a lot more for different lenses. Such a shame but they did offer me a full refund. So their customer service wasn’t bad after all. Maybe they need to just make it easier to know what glasses you need as it is more confusing than other sites.

My friend recommended this site to me recently so I ordered a pair of glasses from them which arrived within the said timeframe and the glasses are nice, but they keep slipping down my nose. So I tried to email them to see if they could give me any advice on how to remedy that. However when I’m putting the order number in I’m being told it’s not the correct order number, the chat bot also said the same I said I have copied and pasted it from the email you sent, bot Said send order back to china and a refund would be given. My problem is now how will a refund be given if they apparently can’t find the order, it’s all very strange. So I think the customer service is not the best if your order is ok that’s fine but if you need a refund beware. All I wanted was some advice. I won’t be ordering anymore
