Outstanding product and support, very good customer service

Some weeks ago I bought Apple Music Converter. The app did its job rock-solid and flawlessly. At least until about 14 days ago, where suddenly no titles could be added anymore to the downloads. So I wrote to the support a few days ago and today got an answer from Steven_Jeam. They had fixed the app and I simply had to download the new version of AMC. Now everything is working flawlessly again just like before. Nice! :-)

It's a great program. Answering inquiries is also quick and quick. I'm glad I bought it because I like it so much.

Easy to use and perfect results every time. And very fast too. Love it.

I have already sent more than 6 emails to your employee Steven_Jeam , who guided me to do the updates and even then the program did not work. Not satisfied, he asked me for proof with videos that the program was not really working, which I sent immediately. And finally, he advised me to change my computer's operating system, which I can't do. So, after more than a month that I bought the program I couldn't use it. The only thing I want is my money back.

A great product and very supportive team when I needed help. They respond very promptly. Highly recommended.

I purchased ukeysoft a couple years ago, and recently it stopped working. I thought that was it but I contacted customer service and was blown away by their persistence in helping me. We emailed back and forth several times, they followed up with me until my issue was solved and it was working for me again. Excellent customer service and overall a fantastic software to use, I Highly recommend.
