Fantastic software
Fantastic software! I'm a DJ so I'm always looking to get the best tracks easily! I will advise all DJs to download the tracks at 178% volume in the settings for Ukeysoft because if you don't, your wave forms won't be nearly loud enough. 5/5

I have tried several other softwares, but none was ukeysoft
I have tried several other softwares, some even got the song title and downloaded same titled songs from youtube :( Then I found ukeysoft and it works just as it is told. When it gets to working, it connects itunes and then goes over the song and viola the songs are in its converted folder. They are correct, high quality and can be played with other players

Great Software and Support
The Spotify Music Converter is a fantastic little program that I use to listen to music in my truck. It works flawlessly and customer service is great if you need it. Just be aware that if you live in North America, you many only be able to catch them in the evenings.

Don't Buy it!!!
I bought this software in order to migrate songs I had purchased on itunes to play on other devices. I have about 200 songs to migrate, but in a week this software has only converted 29 of those songs. Everytime I select more than one song, the system crashes or is otherwise so slow it doesn't do anything for 'hours'. I contacted 'support' and was asked to send log files. I have done that twice now and there has been no response. Nobody seems to be able to tell me why this software is so slow and doesn't do what it says it will do. I am also now considering requesting a refund. I regret buying this. If it were possible to give less than one star, it would be too much this service! Don't Buy it!!!
