As a first-time home buyer, I was impressed by how smooth the entire process went with Union Plus Mortgage. All the people that were involved were experienced, helpful, and responsive. I would do it again with Union Plus. I also enjoyed the first-time buyer cashback and rewards.

Very helpful and the process was not difficult. They did not make me feel ignorant when I asked so many questions. Definitely was worth it.

Everything went well for the most part. I wasn't promised a gift card like I see many people were for a refinance. I am an AFGE member and that's the main reason I chose Union Plus for my refi. I think Michael and Meredith were mostly helpful and responsive. Meredith did seem short at times in the beginning. The online processing and docu sign system was great and having a notary/paralegal (not sure which) come to my home for the closing was awesome. I am pleased so far with the process. I contacted 2 other companies about a refinance prior to Union Plus and Union Plus was the most responsive and had the best interest rate.

My wife and I closed on our new home very recently, and I'm so pleased with the help I've received from Union Plus! Everyone I've worked with has been extremely helpful and patient, especially considering how busy the housing market is at this time. I knew next to nothing about how complex the mortgage process is when I began, but that hardly mattered as we went along - everyone has been so understanding and thorough in explaining each step of the process. Taking on a mortgage for the first time can be (and often is) overwhelming, but everyone here is so willing to help and be as available as they can that any concerns are quickly assuaged. A huge thank-you goes out to Michael, Jim, and especially Meredith, who have been wonderful to work with!

From my first telephone call with Michael for pre-approval to closing a month later with Meredith, Union Plus was outstanding. I was pre-qualified and had the supporting documents in less than an hour. Once I found a home and sealed the deal Meredith stepped in and took over. She made the process worry free and quickly navigated through some obstacles along the way. I had my sight set on a certain closing date and time and Meredith made it happen without a hitch. This was by far the best home buying experience ever. I can't say enough good things about Union Plus and especially Meredith who was always on top of it, she truly made it happen perfectly. I highly recommend Union Plus Mortgage for your home buying needs, you won't be disappointed!

Excellent. Jim was very good both times I used Union Plus as well as the underwriter. They are quite busy and did help me a lot.

I closed on my mortgage about a month ago. I received a good rate and closed pretty quickly. The only negative was I would of liked to be kept up to date on what documents we were waiting for. I just received the $500 gift card in the mail as promised. Thank you.
