When we started looking for a home we prepared ourselves for a long process, especially since there was virtually no inventory in our area. We started with the online questionnaire, and within minutes we received a call from James. We found a home a couple of weeks later and was then handed off to Meredith. Both James and Meredith exceeded my expectations and excelled in customer service. I know that I was just one of many clients they were serving, however, I felt as if I was their only one. Thank you for helping us purchase our dream home. Clinton IBEW local 17

Sold mortgage to known predatory lender less than six months after getting our mortgage. Great process all the way through until they sold our mortgage to a know predatory lender. We did not miss any payments or had any other negagtive credit actions. Now we have to pay fees when making a payment online, by check, or by phone. No explanation as to why, no response to inquires or follow-ups. Might be union owned but they don't have the Union sense of fellowship and doing what is right. Buyer beware

Hi Jeff, Sorry that you are having problems with the mortgage servicing on your loan. Send us an email on [email protected] with details and more information, and we will research these payment issues. While we are a mortgage broker and do not service mortgages, we are sorry that you are having a customer service problem with a loan that we brokered. We would like to try to help you solve this issue. James Barber

Staff were all very helpful and explained many details all the way. Recomended. One star removed due to never getting the gift card at closing that was promised to me.
