Horrible experience!! I took a 2-hour class and it took me over four hours to complete. About every five minutes it kept asking me for me to verify myself with the questions I had to set up in the beginning. Kicked me out of the final two times and I had to re-start the course. And the BS trick questions they throw at you is ridiculous. What happened to this company?

I have used VanEd for my entire real estate career and have always loved them but their new system is terrible-it took me almost 10 FULL HOURS to complete a 2 hour CE course, they had reverted my legal name back to my old married name from before 2011 so I had to sign multiple affidavits then they wouldn't issue the certificate for several days. There was next to NO communication and I was on deadline to provide my certs to the commission so it was incredibly stressful. I'm severely disappointed in VanEd and will not use them again.

This is my 3rd online RE school. I took CE courses w VanEd and I didnt like the amount of time to review subjects in excess of 10-17hrs before you get an assessment. Then the assessment is a total of 3 questions; if you happen to miss 1 and you hv 3 tries w different questions and miss 1 out of 3; you hv to go bk and repeat those 10-17hrs. I took other online RE school trainings and after 2-4 hrs they gv you an assessment which contains more questions. I hv nvr had to repeat courses so many times as I hv w VanEd. I will never tk CE or any online courses here again. Unfortunately once courses are paid; its non refundable.

This is just a PDF to read. There is no teaching whatsoever, no videos, no instructions, extremely hard to use. Extremely misleading and not worth $180. I cancelled and got a refund.

Garbage company. Customer service is brutal. Do not use for your Colorado RE education needs.

I finished my course within 18 days and passed all of the exams and sent in my affidavit, they don't release your certificate automatically its manually done by them, i have been on the phone and email with them for a week going now, and I STILL DONT have my certificates for the real estate pre-licensing courses. After going through these issues I went to BBB and saw that alot of other students are having the same issues as me and they are all recent reviews. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCHOOL.
