The staff members are great so friendly and helpful especially Luna! I love the indoor pool, tanning, studio red workouts and not to mention the massage chairs. If you get bored at the gym easy, this IS your gym! They offer all kinds of ways to workout!

While the gym is great, the membership fee jumped quickly, no customer service to cancel. the fee was $25 then jumped to $100 to cancel in one day. You cannot speak to anyone about the hidden fees and difficulty canceling. Email, phone calls, text support all run to a dead end. And no you cannot cancel in person even if you are the adult of the minor child using the membership. NOT a fair place.

Vasa is a gym that does not support temporary membership offering no day week only a monthly membership that will include cancellation fees and hidden yearly fees signed up for a temporary membership to work out while on a trip on top of the 65 dollar sign up forgot to cancel it till the next month accrued up to 120 dollars in addition fees to cancel

Was once great but with new management, the place (Indianapolis) has gone completely downhill. Corporate seems to care more about opening new clubs then maintain the standards in the ones they already have.

A business can set up something that looks and acts so great, stock it with good people, throw in all the bells and whistles and run it like a pirate ship on the back end. I think you have to try hard to take something with this potential and completely destroy it with poor, corrupt corporate run, money-sucking dishonest policies and practices. You may as well sign up for 25 magazines that will throw you down a black hole, that are designed to take God’s full will to cancel. I have left four messages to deal with my account…never a call back, always an outgoing message of how they have an excessive volume of calls, my number not being recognized. My only regret is not reading all the reviews before I joined. If your payment doesn’t go through, don’t worry they’ll be all over you about it.

I recently visited VASA Fitness at 8055 W Bowles Ave and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience with an employee named Alex. Her attitude toward customers came across as rude and unprofessional, and she did not seem willing to assist customers appropriately. When customers asked questions, her responses felt dismissive and disrespectful. Customer service is a big part of creating a welcoming gym environment, and this interaction definitely did not reflect that. I hope management addresses this situation and provides additional customer-service training so future customers are treated with the respect they deserve.

We got a one month "free" membership. We were told that if we cancelled it by the 16th of September, we wouldn't owe anything. Now we are trying to cancel the membership, on the 15th, and we can't cancel it until we pay $132.97!! We do not want to go to VASA. The first day we went, one massage chair was broke and a teenaged boy was swimming in the pool in his underwear. The next time we went, the first massage chair wasn't fixed, and two more were broke. The third time we went, four massage chairs were broke, and three girls were in the locker room on their phones. They moved twice, both times they moved to where I was trying to get changed. I absolutely do not feel comfortable changing while people have their phones out. I told the girl at the front desk, and she said only her and another employee were working so they couldn't do anything about it! Now, I don't feel safe going there! It's so crowded and only two very young employees working!

VASA ENDORSES HARASSMENT I canceled my membership at this gym because I was harassed by an older man while working with my personal trainer. He became angry because I was using a machine "too long" during my workout (20 min for 4 sets on hip thrust, 2 other machines were available). This man followed me around the gym for the rest of my hour-long training session staring at me attempting to intimidate me. I reported this unacceptable behavior to gym management, and they endorsed his actions. My trainer was written up for allowing me to use the equipment "too long", and the individual who harassed me is still allowed to use the facilities. I no longer feel safe working out at Vasa, and I am outraged that no action was taken to address my concerns. This is not a safe place for women to work out.
