Very desceptive on 10 buck add on protection button click after intial purchase. Super small and light colored font to opt out.

After entering my credit card information, the website took me to a page with "optional" warranty information. There was no way to deselect any of the checked boxes, but at the bottom in subdued font was an option for "No thanks...", which I clicked. It then processed my order and charged me for the warranty that I did not desire (nor did I approve it).

I had high expectations from the design, but the quality just isn’t there. It feels like something you’d get from a bargain shop.

Website experience was smooth, but once I placed the order, everything went downhill. Delayed delivery, no proper updates, and average quality.

It took over 10 days to even ship my order, and customer service didn't respond until I messaged them twice. Once it arrived, the item was okay, but the delay left a bad impression.

The item arrived much later than the expected delivery date, and there was no tracking update in between. While the product works the whole experience was frustrating and not very professional.

Got my pen from it and it works just fine as intended but I had them charge me 40 extra dollars not once but twice after my purchase and not only did they charge me but 3 other random ones also tried billing me 40 at the same time luckily I blew my money on actually important things for me before they could take it but actually awful tactics they have going on only reason they got 2 stars is because I got what I ordered but their shady practices drops the rating from a 4

I ordered a patriotic wreath for my apartment door at the end of April because the business is listed with a U.S. address. It took nearly 2 weeks before I was notified it had just shipped. I finally received it May 23. The picture and description on the website doesn't indicate that it's flat, nor does it say it's a lithograph, and not 3 dimensional item. Very disappointed.
