The purchasing process was easy and the products are great. They look very good and they've been easy to install.

Project ended up looking great. Had issues with some of the hardware. Some parts were not manufactured correctly. The blind hole hardware is not easy to get centered in the post holes and therefore does not look as good as the rest of the hardware.

Once the install was complete it looked good, but there is one very big issue that needs Viewrails attention. There is a threaded inert at the top of each post and that is where the top rail bracket is attached. Every one of my posts had threaded inserts that were loaded with powder coating material that was left behind. Beware that the bolts will become seized if you attempt to thread them into the crud that was left behind from the powder coating process. Do yourself a favor and buy a 1/4 - 20 tap and clean the threads before installing the allen head bolts. Better yet maybe Viewrail could do that and save there customers some frustration...

I would certainly recommend Viewrail and it's staff and we will be using them again on our next renovation if needed! Very pleased with the product we chose and the great customer service as they assisted in working around some structural issues with this home.

Felt like I was small potato's. My project was a single stair rail and I wanted the best quality so I used you. No call backs on my questions or it took several calls for a response. I paid $1800. for a 9 foot rail. Paying two hundred bucks a foot uninstalled I think I would warrant a little bit of customer service. I'm a contractor and this rail was for MY house so I wanted quality and check you guys out at the same time, and I must say, the materials are excellent. I just finished a large deck for a customer that required a 92' rail. This is a multi million house with a view of the Napa valley to die for. I used a view rail but not from View Rail.

The company handled my questions and order with such efficiency I would use them again and highly recommend Viewrail products. We are very pleased with their stair system and first class product.

I have never had a bad experience , they are very helpful and the product speaks for itself. I won’t even bid other jobs using anything different. If you want top of the line with clean simplicity use view rail.
