Not losing weight

I didn’t order anything new. I cannot get any customer service. What did I order? I have been trying to get assistance with placing my next order but I didn’t place one yet.

All i could say is that my body went from aches and pains to feeling like I am seven years old. I'm ready for my second shipment. Love it

Love The product, it really works great. Im on 7.5mg tirzepatide with only 7lbs to go. Just slight nausea occasionally. However, now im not interested in increasing my dosage and would like to go back down to 5mg for self tapering purposes. Currently, im having difficulties in getting my questions/concerns addressed and/or reply email response. Not feeling happy about this process at the moment but up until now everything was excellent. After a slow start, by the third month my appetite was diminished and I started dropping my unwanted pounds. All in all, great results!
