This program is legit. It’s not always easy or convenient, but if you take the time to listen, learn and be willing to make some changes it will work. It is not a quick fix, but it is learning to adapt your lifestyle to one that is sustainable and healthy. I am over eight months in and loving every minute.

Work Smarter Not Harder
You know the saying “work smarter, not harder”? That’s exactly what WB is. I came in Sept 2025 because since menopause no matter what I did my stomach just kept getting bigger, I kept getting puffier, and my gut was feeling so uncomfortable. I felt bloated, uncomfortable, and extremely frustrated. My doc suggested I try GLP1’s but that just didn’t sit right with me. I kept seeing ads for WB geared specifically towards the issues I was having. I did my research and they had phenomenally good reviews. I booked the call and almost backed out because of the price. I am so glad I didn’t. It was the best decision I could have made. My coach (shout out to the amazing Coach Aubree!) immediately detected I was eating too much fiber and next she suggested cutting back my sodium intake that I was getting through my food choices. Those two things had an ENORMOUS positive effect on my gut health! From there she helped me to learn how to strength train. The huddles and team calls all help with the education and mental side of the journey and trust me I am NOT normally into that stuff but it has helped tremendously! I am down 7 pounds but the real truth is in the change in body composition-I have lost a combined 8 inches on my stomach and hips and my muscles are starting to show! I feel so much more confident and have been able to wear clothes I couldn’t wear since before menopause. The education I have received (and I was pretty educated coming in) has been amazing. These guys know what they are talking about and your coach is with you the whole way. Do I wish she was in person? Sure, but I tried that at my gym and got NOWHERE. This isn’t more expensive than if I had a personal trainer 4 days a week at the gym and it is SO much better! If you can afford the program and are willing to put in the work, it is worth it! It is different work than what you have probably done before, but it is SMARTER and geared toward your needs. Your body is a machine and if you fuel it and train it properly, it WILL respond. I actually love tracking macros because I know the target and I can fill in the pieces any way I want! I love to cook and to EAT and this gives me the freedom to enjoy what I want as long as it fits my macros for the day. It’s like a food puzzle game! I am learning to love strength training. The results are worth it so I continue to work at it. I can’t wait to see where I am in 4 months when my year comes to an end. Highly recommend WB!

We love your perspective that this journey is about working smarter, not harder. Your results speak for themselves: improved gut health, 8 inches lost, growing strength, and renewed confidence.
A huge shoutout to Coach Aubree for helping you find the right approach for your body and supporting you every step of the way. We're so glad you trusted the process and discovered that sustainable results come from the right strategy, not doing more.
Congratulations on everything you've accomplished so far. We can't wait to see what the next four months bring! 💪✨

WarriorBabe is great
WarriorBabe is great. My coach is amazing and understands my struggles and needs. She tailors my workouts around what I am already doing and makes sure I am eating enough. Talks through the whys of everything and explains in detail. I love how everything is individualized to the customer and not one size fits all kind of program.
Response from WarriorBabe· Jun 1, 2026
Love hearing this. That coach support piece is everything, especially when someone is navigating real life constraints and already has an active routine.
The individualized approach is really the core of what we aim for, meeting you where you are, adjusting training around your current habits, and making sure nutrition is actually supporting your goals instead of working against them. And taking the time to explain the why is what helps it all stick long term instead of feeling like guesswork.
Really glad you’re feeling supported and understood in the process.

Building muscles and strength after 50
Joining warrior babe was the best decision I’ve ever made, I have been lifting weights and taking care of my nutrition for 30 years and suddenly when I turned 50 I got stuck .. nothing seems to work!
When I joined warrior babe, I was desperate to understand the changes that I’m going through, within four weeks after starting my body composition started to change, and I’m not stuck anymore! I started to see real progress!
I am still in the program and I am truly looking forward to where this journey is going to take me.
With no doubt this is the best investment I have ever made for myself.
Response from WarriorBabe· Jun 1, 2026
This is such a powerful example of what happens when the right strategy meets a changing physiology.
Love hearing that within just a few weeks you started seeing changes in body composition and felt things “unstick” again. That early feedback is huge for rebuilding momentum and confidence.
Really glad you’re continuing in the program and still excited for what’s ahead.

Building strength and confidence through nutrition and fitness with WarriorBabe
I've really enjoyed my experience with WarriorBabe so far. I struggled with knowing how to balance nutrition and workouts to actually see progress. The program helped simplify everything and gave me a better understanding of how to fuel my body while still enjoying foods I like.
One of the biggest things I appreciated was the focus on strength training and consistency instead of extreme dieting or endless cardio. The workouts were structured, easy to follow, and challenging in a good way.
The nutrition guidance helped me learn more about macros and how important recovery is for fitness progress. I liked that the program encouraged sustainable habits rather than quick fixes.
The supportive community and coaching made it easier to stay motivated and accountable.
Overall, my experience has been positive and I'd recommend it to anyone looking to build healthier habits, improve their workouts, and learn more about nutrition in a realistic and manageable way.

Joining Warrior Babe has been one of…
Joining Warrior Babe has been one of the best investments I’ve made in my health and well-being.
At 64 years old, I wasn’t looking for another diet or quick fix. I wanted to learn how to become stronger, healthier, and more confident as I age. What I found through Warrior Babe was so much more than a fitness program.
The program has taught me the importance of strength training, proper nutrition, and consistency over perfection. I’ve learned how to fuel my body, build muscle, and focus on long-term health rather than chasing unrealistic expectations.
One of the greatest gifts Warrior Babe has given me is helping me move away from the all-or-nothing mindset that kept me stuck for so many years. Instead of feeling like I had to be perfect to be successful, I’ve learned how to find balance, make sustainable choices, and trust that small, consistent actions truly add up over time.
I am especially grateful for Lauren Bradley and Sarah White. Their knowledge, encouragement, and support have helped me stay focused and keep moving forward, even when life gets busy or challenging. They have a way of making you feel seen, supported, and capable while still encouraging you to grow and reach your goals.
The weekly VIP meetings and bi-weekly huddles have also been invaluable. They strengthen my resolve and commitment beyond what I thought possible. Being able to learn from the coaches, connect with other women on similar journeys, celebrate wins, work through challenges, and continually reconnect with my “why” has made a tremendous difference in my consistency and success.
Because of this program, I not only feel stronger physically, but I also feel more comfortable in my own skin. I’ve developed a healthier relationship with food, exercise, and myself. I feel empowered, confident, and optimistic about my future health in a way I never thought possible.
What I appreciate most is that Warrior Babe isn’t just about changing your body—it’s about building strength, confidence, resilience, self-trust, and a more balanced way of living. It has also helped me realize that I can be a positive influence on those I love through my actions rather than my lectures. For me, that has made all the difference.

We’re so grateful to have you inside WarriorBabe, and we know Lauren and Sarah will be incredibly touched by your kind words. Thank you for allowing us to be part of your journey and for showing other women what’s possible when they choose themselves and stay committed to growth.
You are absolutely crushing it, and we cannot wait to see what you continue accomplishing 💪❤️

They lure you in with a $27 intro fee
They lure you in with a $27 intro fee. Then they KEEP upselling you until you've spent hundreds of dollars. Save your $$$!!!
Response from WarriorBabe· May 28, 2026
We understand that not every program is the right fit for every person, but we do want to clarify that all additional offers are completely optional. Many women start with the $27 challenge and choose to continue because they want deeper coaching, accountability, education, and support to help them reach their goals.
There is never any obligation to purchase beyond the initial program, and we work hard to provide value at every level. We’re proud of the thousands of women who have seen life-changing results through our coaching, community, and support systems.
We genuinely wish you the best on your fitness journey.

Today marks 90 days for me as a Warrior…
Today marks 90 days for me as a Warrior Babe VIP. I’m 66 years old and post-menopausal. While my journey is still in its early stages I know without a doubt that I’m in the right spot to achieve a much better level of health and fitness for the hoped-for years I have coming. Weight loss, or rather fat loss, will become a focus for me, but I recognized the truth that Nikkey was sharing, and that is what helped me decide to commit to Warrior Babe. The truth that I heard and embraced is that our societal and cultural emphasis on getting skinny and getting there fast was both misleading and even dangerous at times. So collectively, our metabolism, our body’s own innate way of caring for us, was altered in the processes we embraced through various diets and exercise regimens. I know I fell in with this in many forms over the years. Nikkey spoke to re-training our metabolism to do what it does but in support of our best health first. To learn to fuel our bodies optimally, and to work our muscles (the organ of longevity) in order to place our bodies in the best position to shed excess fat. This is exciting and I can tell that my body is responding with a consistent energy that I haven’t had in some years. But not only am I gaining insights and being coached and trained to eat more, eat within a healthier balance and become stronger, my coach shares incredible insights with me that go beyond the physical aspect of this journey. She is coaching my entire person. She coaches me one-on-one but we also have a team, so I have access always to many women who may be ahead of me on this journey and we have built a community that involves so much more than a “weight loss program”.
I have more experiences to come but based on what I am seeing and hearing from my team and from the greater community as well, and from what my own body is telling me, I will only be SUCCESSFUL in capturing my best health and strength and weight. I’m excited for this journey!

This is incredible to read ❤️ and such a powerful 90-day reflection.
What stands out most is the shift from chasing fast results to building real health, strength, and sustainability. That’s exactly where lasting change happens, especially in post-menopause when the focus has to move toward metabolism support, muscle retention, and consistency rather than restriction.
90 days in is just the beginning. Keep going ❤️
