WarriorBabe has been such a unique and empowering experience. I have done all the things, worked with other trainers, followed the programs and have not gotten the results that WarriorBabe has helped me achieve. The results are so much more than dropping weight and transforming my body. My Coach (Whitney) has helped me to shift my thinking and find the gold in everything. I have never had the accountability and support that I’ve found with this group of women. When you join WarriorBabe you are joining a community, it’s worth the investment. Im in month 10 and don’t intend on stopping now.

Really like the program! Having a wonderful coach on your corner makes all the difference! Christine G. is amazing! She listens to you, makes suggestions and tweaks your macros and workouts as needed. It's not a one-size-fits- all program. It really is tailored to you. The community calls and FB group and your coach's group are also really helpful. There's always someone to bounce ideas or questions off of. Highly recommend!

I found Warrior babe when I’d about given up. I was pretty desperate for a change. At 63 my future was becoming clear. I was going to end up sick and decrepit if I didn’t change my ways. I signed up in November 2024 and it’s only been 4 months but I’m actually doing the work and living the workouts. I have a long way to go but I feel like I can get it done with this program. My coach, Megan Nickell is amazing. She is there to cheer me on, give me tough love, or help strategize the many things that come up- AND, she hasn’t fired me yet!!! It truly is a personalized program and well worth the investment. Don’t wait. Imagine where you’ll be in a year in you DON’T do it!

Great training program focused on changing mindset and habits to support a healthy lifestyle rooted in balanced nutrition and strength training. My experience was transformational and helped me regain my athletic build and strength. Coaches are supportive and knowledgeable. Recommend for midlife women who want to be active and fit for life.

WarriorBabe is an amazing program and an incredible value for the investment! The 1:1 coaching with a coach who has expertise in nutrition and exercise science has literally been a game changer for me! The Warrior Babe community and the access to resources is an incredible bonus. I feel so fortunate to have discovered Warrior Babe. I have struggled with weight loss my entire life. I enjoy working out, but weight seems to stick to me like glue. I now have a coach in Warrior Babe that is so supportive. She provides tough love when needed. Together we make goals and she puts together a workout plan and nutrition guidelines for me. I choose my food based on the guidelines. I have been a member since 2022 and I have lost 30 pounds. I am confident I will achieve my goals.
