I use WebMD
I appreciated the quick return call. She listened to my son’s symptoms and we came up with a plane. I always use WebMD, especially when I’m in a time pinch. I feel heard and respected. It’s so convenient for my grown up kids and me.

Prompt and Compassionate
Dr. Thompson was very reassuring and easy to talk to. I felt there was no judgement, but rather compassion for my health issue. This is a refreshing departure from my previous run-ins with the healthcare system when dealing with my condition. I received a prompt call back after scheduling on a SUNDAY which was a welcome surprise. The process for scheduling was simple and intuitive.
