I got a call pretty much right away. However, I need pills long term for a chronic mild condition and doctors usually prescribe them for a whole year at the time. But with WebDoctors.com I only got a month worth of prescription for the first time, and the doctor said next time he can do 3 months max. So it feels like it's just a way to get you to keep coming and pay the consultation for a 45 second call to get a refill (since my med does not require any sort of blood work or testing).

My visit went great however once my pharmacy received the prescriptions, they could not get one and tried contacting the doctor to change medication and nobody called us back. I made two phone calls and was told to use the website to send the request. I still have not heard back from anyone.

The doctor was ok. He prescribed naltrexone, which was the reason for consultation. My pharmacy never received the prescription.

I am still waiting for my prescriber to get back to my insurance company so I can get my prescription filled. It has been a week now.

People use this bc they don't have insurance and because the prices are so high that dental insurance is often looked over and it was quick and easy but the fact I paid 60$ for basically a phone call that really didn't listen to my issues but proscribed me meds that was arm and leg for a toothache I paid 200 and something dollars for a antibiotic and mouth wash ThT didn't even help me

The Doctor was knowledgeable and polite. The $69.95 for a 7 minute refill appointment is way too high. I will be switching to a new lower cost service for which refills are $30.

The consultation was below average. I have used another online service, which was cheaper and the quality of service was great compared to yours. This doctor was in the bathroom, he flush the toilet during our conversation. Also he was hasty and abrupt.
