They never sent the prescription to my pharmacy even when I received an email stating that they did. Pharmacy has no record of any prescription received. I reached out to Web Doctors via phone. emails, and online contact form but no response ! Dr. Garg is super rude!!!

I asked to have my perscription sent to an online pharmacy, they said they wouldn't and needed to send it to a local pharmacy. The price was 12x what it would had been with costplus.com . Just assuming that they get a big kickback.

I was trying to get my prescriptions refilled and I had a very difficult time trying to get them prescribed. My webdoc was not wanting to give them. I had to argue my case that I needed my anxiety medication. After minutes of trying, he finally agreed to give me one. I had a total of 4 prescriptions that I needed refilled and only got 2. He agreed to give me my second prescription after more fighting my case. I had a terrible experience and just wanted my medication before an anxiety filled holiday season.

Expected 90 days Rx for 3 meds that have worked very well for eleven years, and I'm currently feeling fine. Only received 30 days worth. Was promised 90 days worth when that is consumed and I return. Medical form was completed perfectly.

The pharmacy he recommended didn’t have my rx so I had to call the dr back to submit the rx request again. Then when I received the medication in the mail it was in an envelope, not cooled. When you do a simple google search it says, “ If you don't refrigerate semaglutide, it may not work as well and could pose safety risks.” The medication was filled 1/15 and I received it 1/16 so it’s been unrefrigerated 24 hours and so do I throw it away and lose $300?

The doctor started out by saying that he couldn’t help me with my ear infection because he could not physically examine my ear but that he would prescribe me something anyway. He didn’t even ask me any questions, I felt like I had to keep interrupting him just to tell him what was even going on with me. Then he just prescribed something and when I went to the pharmacy they said the ear drops he prescribed were $242 with and 80% discount applied. This is malpractice at its finest and that doctor is a scammer. Already contacted my credit card company and now going to file a BBB complaint against this company.

Awful service. Either incompetent, disinterested or fraudsters. I signed up for the subscription service but I haven't been able to schedule an appointment as I live abroad and have an international number. To schedule an update appointment with a doctor, you have to input your phone number but the data field only accepts domestic numbers. I emailed customer service multiple times, requesting an appointment and alerting them to the issue. At first, I received no response whatsoever. I chased again and asked that someone set up the appointment for me. No one did. I received an email later which ignored my actual problem and request that someone assist with scheduling an appointment and simply regurgitated that I could book an appointment online. I explained, again, that it was impossible for me to do so, yet I continued receiving the same boilerplate response. I requested a refund as I was unable to access the services. No one has responded to my multiple requests. There is no customer service. In my view, it's all a scam.
