Mix emotions for some subjects, but overall I will continue using the service when needed
I didn’t like that the Consultation feels rushed by the physician. I like the prescription have been always precise.
I don’t like there is not an option to consult the Dr. back regarding the having an adverse reaction to the prescription without paying for a consultation again. There should be a way to reach out after, if there is a problem with prescription, like an allergic reaction. Even if it is just by text or email.

The Dr
The Dr. was helpful but it has been two days and the pharmacy still has not received amoxicillin that was promised!

Tricky using web form
I found the online form to be frustrating. It kept kicking me out if it didn’t like my answers. I’ve used it several times before.
The Dr turn around is awesome and my issue solved quickly

Took over hour to call
Took over hour to call. 45 minutes after I corrected phone number. Asked for medical note. Only said talked to me never told what might have. Took pharmacy to receive prescription 3 hours. Has called told them needed it bad. I have strong allergies to medications. He didn’t seem to comprehend or care.

Conference call with WebDoctors
I spent an hour preparing for my call with a doctor by inputting my 17 Meds one by one, and then my numerous health issues into my profile. When the doctor called me he asked if I have any medical issues which leads me to believe he did not look at my profile ahead of the call which lists everything. That’s my personal impression. Otherwise the doctor was courteous and asked good questions about my need for a special prescription drug.

Couldn't use coupon code
Dr was fantastic, but their tech support and such leaves a lot to be desired. I couldn't input a coupon code and my insurance had some technical code pop up so they wouldn't take that either. I've written them but have yet to get a response.

It’s very easy to sign in and get an appointment. The Dr was actually very nice. Always very efficient with calls, calling back and having the medication sent in, correctly.
I just wish for the price, that already went up for a call, as most telemedicine Drs., for less money, are wanting to only use video, so they can actually see the patient to say what they believe or see in certain cases. What I have going on, is definitely a Sinus and ear infection, but I was very concerned and am, that it’s an abscess on my bottom teeth/inside gum, dt my entire bottom of face, from molar to chin is puffed out and hurts tremendously. I get recurring sinus infections, so I know, but I’ve never had this puffed it, pinch, when I bend a tad and pain. I explained I have a crown that came off awhile back and a tooth was all the way cracked, for a bit. I just wish, though I couldn’t drive and would have cost nothing, this is great for most non emergencies and I moved, with no pcp (my new insurance doesn’t understand where I can go🤦🏻♀️), for urgent care, that the Dr could have seen the bottom of my face and inside that corner for 60$’s. I’d feel better about that. But I’m grateful for him.
