I have been using WebHostingPad for close to 20 years! Every time I send a request for help, it is responded to in about a minute or two: Seriously! Prices are fair and reasonable. To be honest, I value the quick support more than the price b/c I run a business website and when it's down, I need help right away. Thank you Walben for all the times you bailed me out!

I’m kind of a newbie and had some basic questions. I clicked on the chat button and Ron engaged in about 5 minutes. He clearly understood my issues and remedied them on the spot. I've been a WebHostingPad.com customer for many years. What first attracted me was price, and while their price is still an excellent value, what keeps me there is their customer service and support. Their support personnel are always prompt, professional, patient, and accurate, whether working on a support ticket, a chat, or a phone call. Their directions are clear, and often include screen shots along with written help. I recently consolidated three hosting plans into a single account to both save money and time. I know very little about how my websites actually work and what is needed to make them function, and the people who helped me with this never made me feel like I didn't know things I should have known. They answered my questions thoroughly and politely. I am glad to know they have employees like them, and I'm glad to recommend WebHostingPad to others.

Webhostingpad has got to be one of the worst hosting companies. I say this with sadness as they are an American company (Pretty sure). They have decent pricing and that is the lure that brings people in. Their support is unhelpful and rude. They brag about 99% uptime but I had endless sites down all the time, I would contact them and they were completely unaware until I pointed it out, you would think they had alerts set up. They are the kings of saying that's not my job and leaving you hanging. Email through them is far from acceptable. You have many options for Hosting services, this should not be on your short list. Do your due diligence.
