Websplosion Dating SoftwareReviews of websplosion.com

I found the Chameleon software exactly as I expected it to be. The script was easy to navigate for the most part, and well put together. The support, on the other hand was not as good as the script. I asked extensive questions via live chat BEFORE purchasing Chameleon software, to ensure I fully understood EXACTLY what was being offered, and that I could effectively utilize it for my needs with the support provided. I even inquired about extra costs. I was told extra costs were mainly limited to optional items and things like logos, and unique site designs etc. But I was directed on several occasions to hire a programmer when trying to make very small changes, such as changing the image on my mobile site to match the image on the desktop version. Although, the programmer they referred me to charges no more than $20 to change this particular item. Even still, I purchased the script thinking I could make the small changes I needed via the admin dashboard with the help of the support team, only to be referred to someone else for something they could have simply explained to me. They did send me a jpg image of where to direct the programmer to make the changes if I did choose to hire one. Beyond this I had a very positive experience with Chameleon. As I said the script itself is awesome. It saved me a lot of time, and it was easy to make changes to the site. My support tickets were always answered in a timely manner, and my questions were answered and help was provided for all of my issues effectively (except for the mobile site issue I mentioned). Overall, I am very happy with my Chameleon experience. Maybe the company will include a mobile admin section in future versions of the software, or include detailed instructions regarding how to do it.

I'm using more than 1 year the script and the script is awesome and the support is so fantastic, fast and kind .... sooo really everything is GREAT!

I was shopping around for years and ended up with numerous scrips that is not worth a cent. Then I found Chameleon. From start I was impressed. Sales support and information was excellent. When I bought the script download was almost instantly available and the installation process was quite easy with very little input from my side. Yes they offer a free installation service, but it was not needed since everything was straight forward. The scrip itself is nearly bug free and properly coded witch resulted in a very fast website and very happy members. Any questions I had was answered in less than a day (Other company's used to ignore me for days) So for customer support alone a very big thumbs up. Updates and new features are implemented on a regular basis. I do not think that any other similar script can even be mentioned together since Chameleon is far superior. And NO - I do not work for them, NO I do not receive anything for writing this. Just my sincere honest opinion.

Had a few issues with the installation but all was taken care in a reasonable response time. The Urban template is very well designed. 3DCity, instant messaging and other cool features makes the site interesting for users witch makes them want to come back and stay longer. Lots of ways for webmasters to generate revenues through many banners, subscriptions, and credits sales. The admin section could be more developed but it probably will be in time. One of our favorite feature is the translation area. It make translating your site very easy. Our conclusion: Overall it's a great product at a very descent price. Even non experience webmasters can run this script using available paid options like logo designs, App submissions and more! We highly recommend Chameleon Dating script! Mike for SMProMedia

I do not regret having chosen you! chameleon is quite what I was looking for! On the pre-sales chat I could ask all the questions I wanted and I got all my answers! And my tickets on websplosion always have a quick response !! Thank you very much for your company! I am very satisfied !!!

I will just kind of write some talking points but in no order of importance. 1-my overall impression so far is I am happy for making the purchase. it was a package deal and was the closest thing I could find to what I wanted and still be out of the box software. It allows us customer to try a date site and have all the functions in place to start. 2- The in house hosting also makes it easy and if I want I can host elsewhere. 3- I have been open only a month and have over 300 members already and they are chatting each other. 4- A critisism is the template [urban] is limited in functionality and needs alot of modifications and i was not that happy when every answer seems to be {go to freelance.com]...I feel most customers who buy this product are not webmasters or capable of the technical things a site needs so the owners of chameleon should be offering a much more extensive in house team of programmers to offer their assistiance rather than dish us off to freelancer and I have been having a very difficult time with frelancers who promise the stars and deliver very little. An example is one of the templates offers a better registration process that forces a picture to be uploaded but the urban template does not offer it. Its kind of frustrating because there are features on other templates I like but overall I don't like the template in general and urban was the best choice. The registration process in urban is way to simplistic and does not enforce a pic so many of my members create a profile without a pic which is something I dont like. The other issue in registration is once you create a profile you are sent directly to your profile and many members forget to click the email to confirm and then they are blocked from logging in., if they are lucky and I say Hi they say their account is blocked but it blocked because they never opened the confirmation email. The registration should enforce a picture as well as force the user to fill out the "About me" part and the "I want to meet" part, then be forced to confirm their account before logging in. 5- if you go with their hosting and you need to hire a 3rd party programmer you never want him to have access except for the time he needs it and this is usually done buy giving him access in Cpanel and creating permissions or changing password and then changing it back after he is done. I was in shock when I needed to change my password for a programmer and was told I cant change my password. Its not even believable to think in this year of 2015 that its impossible to change passwords. How can we hire a 3rd party programmer and use the in house hosting at the same time? 6- Sometimes I get a good response when I issue a ticket and its resolved but many times the answer is so short and the directions to the answer are almost reduced to a 4 word sentence that literally means nothing. This equates to poor customer service and yes, sometimes the answers are fast and accurate but many times the answer is terrible. 7 I would have given 4 stars but the lack of programming assistance and some of the atrocious answers from the help desk keep it to 3. In closing.....would I tell a friend to buy this or tell him to not buy it? I still feel its a good deal and yes I would recommend this product to a person who wants to try a date site.

I am happy to say that the support I have received so far has been both speedy and excellent!

Make sure you have your password correct,it will elevate all the chaos of starting up such a rewarding adventure. I am glad I choose the Chameleon Software it has positive affirmations across the web, I am a research junkie so do your research and once you decide go with it and don't let anything stop you, I hope all your dreams come true and you have amazing business success.
