Good script but not so good support. Yes I understand the price is EXTRA low (datingpro.com costs 10 times more with all the features Chameleon offers) but I would prefer to pay 200 bucks more and get a faster support. Some tickets may take as long as 24(!) hours to reply. Yes there are many clients but a slightly higher price could afford them to hire more people. Also they almost do not do modifications and I have to use freelancer.com. It is ok, but would be a lot better if they themselves could help with this. Chameleon is a good script however there things that I would like corrected: 1) they need a new 3dCity, the one they have on their fb page looks a lot better than the current one, hopefully this one will be delivered soon 2) support needs to be faster. some tickets can be replied in 24 hours 3) more templates should be added. they should have at least 10. *for anyone wondering why i am the only bad review its because its taken forever to get my review approved as websplosion has it set up that all they have to do is say they never sold to you and its your responsibility to prove otherwise. its taken countless emails and photographs to prove i am legit and what i say is true because websplosions name never comes up on any bills and you must have websplosions name on the bill to write these reviews or they can just claim its a false review. this is what websplosion did to maintain their high status this whole time. Not this time websplosion... i got your number. websplosion is a paying customer of trustpilot which is why they can do this. now i dont blame trustpilot as they are just protecting their client but they are suppose to protect us too with honest reviews. trust pilot needs to fix this little loophole or im gonna have to start rethinking my trust in trust pilot reviews. trustpilot should know how all payment types are excepted by their clients so that when someone like me complains they dont just quit after a bunch of back an forth and needing more proof because the company bills under a different name. also, as long as websplosion says yes we have a record of them buying from us, doesnt matter if you flag them for being fake reviews, the reviews stay. GOOD REVIEWS ARE NEVER asked for proof of purchase. Coincidence that nearly every review for websplosion is the only review that person made? wrong, its trustpilot padding the reviews the same way they run all the dating software review sites. if websplosion sold you insufficient software dont quit. post confirmations on the sites using the software for trustpilot to see. in the code, front page, not a post, but something only the owner could do. Classified section has no locations, 3dcity never works, ask for help they say hire a freelancer, ask for a refund within 48 hours after testing the real software, REFUSES... try to change the name of the site they tell me i have to buy a new license WHEN I DONT EVEN WANT THE GARBAGE ONE I GOT! Im allowed to use it on any one site i want, but they want to charge me for a new license to change the sites name? paid for 100 fake profiles, they are 99% women, all the same exact age, nothing in the profiles but a pic and a name BEYOND OBVIOUS FAKES TO ANY USER. come to find out they run almost ever site that lists them as top software except here but im sure they just review themselves or paid people to do so... AVOID THIS COMPANY YES ONE DOMAIN!!! IF IM USING IT ONLY ON 1 DOMAIN IT CAN BE ANY DOMAIN I CHOOSE! if i keep just one person from dealing with your company it will be worth it... your software is garbage! You dont deliver what you promised... you try to get more money to change the domain name... IF ITS ONLY USED ON 1 DOMAIN ITS UP TO ME WHICH DOMAIN!!! by your stance if someone loses there domain name to a squatter they have to repurchase a license? site is garbage, fake profiles are beyond obvious fakes.. and now they want to tell me they control the name of my site or else pay them for another license. its kool, dont refund... only takes one bad review to make new customers look elsewhere... ill be showing everyone the real software and giving them access so they can see im not lying... as for no record of me being a client, I have the paypal reciept and it was the transaction NO i submitted... They will do anything except refund the money to keep people from knowing the truth... TRUSTPILOT CONTACT ME FOR PROOF OF PURCHASE... Now all my tickets and account at clients.websplosion has been deleted, my site from hosting has disappeared... why are they deleting all proof of me now if they did nothing wrong? AVOID AT ALL COST!! coincidence they get another good review right after my bad one? i think not... they give themselves reviews.. they claim no record of me but deleted me from clients.websplosion so i cant get updates now either which are suppose to be free for 3 years... real standup place huh? and these fake reviews of people praising the software but complaining about "up to 24 hours" for support are ridiculous... they are just trying to point out they have fast support (usually less the 24 hours but usually telling you ask someone else) while praising their software without being obvious... seriously who complains about support in 24 hours or less??? LAME attempt to boost ones rep... Now because of my bad review they are violating their license agreement by deleting me from their client list and denying me access to the 3 years of free upgrades. From their FAQ's: 28) I got 1 site and several domains (Unlimited License). You got the file: include\config\license with the key of the first domain. You can ask us for the keys of other domains and create files include\config\license2 include\config\license3 include\config\license4 include\config\license5 With the keys. So the site will be one, and 5 domains that point to it. but when i asked they say buy a new license???? i point this out and they tell me that the ultimate license is not available anymore??? then what did i purchase??? THIS IS FROM THEIR CURRENT FAQs section and was on their site when i bought it, now suddenly its changed... the software is such garbage i beg anyone to read reviews to find sample sites... there are a few in these reviews below... go to those sites and you'll notice one thing they all have in common.. NO MEMEBERS!!! go see for yourself.. sign up and check... old out dated sites that look like they are from the late 90's. you cant make money with this when people see how outdated your sites are they stick with the real sites like match etc... learn wordpress and you can build better with free plugins. when i disputed the sale through paypal, i didnt even ask for all my money back.. was willing to settle for 240, they refused, now - until they refund my full $381 this review stays, and many more to come elsewhere... karma

I have a had a great experience working with Websplosion. When sending in a ticket they get back to you the same day or the next. Usually with an answer or they have made nessessary changes needed. Thanks Websplosion!!!

I thought that after buying the product I would have a bad service or have to pay for each support needed, like happens with others companys. I was wrong, I have received a quick support and that really solve the problem at no extra charge. The visual and site features are amazing, and so my site is growing much faster than I could imagine.
