First off your products are great I have a vista and the New Lemos. Love them these two are Quality Products. Downside I have an issue with both I have to shut down both my Computer and the laser In order to move to a new project- Does the vista have a Camera? if so how do I get it to work. I called in to get help and I do not thing the Teck understood what I was asking and I for sure I could not understand him. Not his fault not mine but please find People that speak clear English and understand it as well. I am left with the ever so slow way of Hit and Miss Learning

Need more help creating projects may be a user guide

Day 2. Project number 0ne unless you count the test project. Machine started engraving fine and then went off script. Thought it might be me inputting into the software so I went back and started at the beginning. Next try to engrave, the same result. Checked into the machine and found the ribbon cable frayed and the wires exposed. Obviously shorting out. Contacted support and waiting to hear back from them. It’s Memorial Day so I don’t expect till next week. They do send a spare cable but I’m holding off to see if there is something I can do to protect it.

I placed an order during the "Mothers Day" sale. They offered a "10 Day" shipping window. I am still waiting and only getting "Stock Responses". Nothing referring to my particular order. When I first reached out (after the 10 days) they sent me this response (excerpt): "due to the overwhelming success of our pre-sale event...there may be a delay in the shipment of your order..... the second half of June to early July." But then they post another sale for "Father's Day" with a 12 day shipping promise. And as of 6/7/2024 they are proudly now selling globally. Hmmmm. But have yet to send me any information on my own order. Caveat emptor.
