Based on our records, it looks like there is some confusion as to where the product you purchased is manufactured. Our headquarters and warehouse is located in Dallas, TX. We carry many different types of masks which can have different places of origin. We never claim a product is made in a different country from their actual origin, as we understand this information is relevant for our customers. If you allow me, I'll try to clarify the situation: According to your messaging history, you received a first communication where we asked to wait until Monday to verify if the package was delivered, otherwise you would be able to reach again to us so we can investigate, which was your last communication with us yesterday, where you mentioned the package didn't arrive, and the team replied promptly saying we will open the investigation for you, and right now, our team is working on this with the courier to verify what's happening. I'm sorry if the last message didn't arrive to your inbox saying this information, but I'll be happy to resend the message myself in the following hours. In the meantime, we kindly ask you a bit of patience while we work as much as possible with the couriers to confirm your order's location and what to do from there. Finally, thanks a lot for recommending us. We understand your frustration, but be sure that we are here to assist you and supporting your trust in us. Please understand, we try to manufacture products that provide both comfort and protection, and a tight fit it's what is usually required to make the masks filter out the air without gaps on the edges. In the future, if you would like to test another of our products and find them uncomfortable to wear, you can always reach out to us through any of our communication channels during the notification period to verify return options for you. Hi there. Thanks for your honest comments. I'm sorry to hear you weren't able to receive the correct items yet. After doing a check-up, our teammates tried to solve your issue with the prepaid label or the address to send the wrong items back in exchange for in-store credit as you agreed in front of the fact we do not sell the product you were looking for in the first place.
