We're truly sorry to hear about Angel’s condition. We know how much our pets mean to us—especially when they’re emotional support animals—and we take your concerns very seriously. Please know that all of our products are lab-tested and held to the highest safety standards. That said, every dog is unique, and we always recommend speaking to your vet if you notice any changes. We’d really appreciate it if you could email us at [email protected] with more details about Angel’s symptoms, the specific product she’s been taking, and any other supplements or medications involved. This will help our team investigate further and make sure you're fully supported. We also want to look into your refund request—please include your order number or email used at purchase so we can assist you promptly. 💚Alejandra at Wuffes
