I was looking at purchasing a unit. I was unsure of which one I should get for the projects I wanted to do. The Facebook group was amazing and so friendly to a nervous newbie. I got great advice and when I asked customer service a question they responded very quickly with what I should look at. Everyone has been extremely patient and helpful. I now know the unit so just a bit nervous on the software from a bit to Davy computer geek. I know I’ll not be left out in the cold when I make the purchase. Great job and thank you

My packages were scheduled to be delivered Monday. It is signature required and there will be no one at home. I did not see that it was going to be, signature required when I purchased it. I called Fedex to see if I could pick it up at their warehouse - that is not an option for them. I asked to change the delivery address and was told the shipper would have to call and change the delivery address. I contacted Yorahome and asked if they could contact FedEx and change the Delivery location to my workplace. They called fedex and got it handled. Good customer service so far.
