Awesome product that arrived on time. The little mini signs were great, too!

The sign was well done, and whomever I was in contact was great. But the time period and lack of direction was a bit off putting. I went into this absolutely thinking it was a scam and felt I was bamboozled up until the day the package was received. This was of no fault of the person I was in contact with. She was great. She tried everything to soothe my nerves. But it seemed she was just as lost at times with where my sign was in production or shipping. Luckily it got here in good condition and works. The remote didn't have a battery holder to even buy a battery for so it was useless. But overall after all the stress of not knowing. I am glad with my sign. Thanks!

First off, huge thanks for sticking it out with us! We completely hear you on the anxiety—waiting for a custom piece when you're not sure where it is can be super stressful, and we’re sorry our tracking communication left you in the dark at times. We're actively tightening up our logistics so nobody has to feel bamboozled ever again!

Ordering was easy. They made the sign just as I had envisioned it, they were quick to send a mockup, they had the best price and it was pretty quick. Got it mounted this weekend and everyone has been complimenting us on it.
