Original my first order looked really bad. However, they worked with me and made a replacement sign that looks great. Great customer service.

The sign came out beautiful! the only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 was the lack of communication. They were extremely responsive until I placed and paid for the order. Then I didn't hear back or get a response after that for a while. it took several emails and texts to get a response but the quality of the sign is fantastic and my friend was blown away by it

The sign is fantastic and blew your friend away—that’s what we love to hear! 🚀 But you’re 100% right about the post-payment silence, and we sincerely apologize for making you wait. That’s not the Zanvis standard. We’re doubling down on our team communication to ensure no one is left hanging again. Thank you for the honest feedback, and we’d still be hyped to see a photo of that beautiful sign! 📸⚡️

I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Zanvis! My custom neon sign arrived in perfect condition with no damage at all. Everything I needed was included, including all the hardware to hang it and the remote control. The quality exceeded my expectations, and the sign looked exactly the way I had imagined it. The craftsmanship is beautiful, and it has become the perfect focal point for my studio. If you’re considering ordering a custom neon sign, I highly recommend Zanvis. They delivered exactly what they promised, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the final result!
