Great experience with this ZIP moving! The team was on time, professional, friendly, and very careful with the items. They made the whole move easy and stress-free. Everything arrived safely, and I would definitely recommend them! I also love that they kept us informed of every step. Thank you Zip Movers!!!

Based on our experience with numerous moves over the years, we can say unquestionably that ZIP Moving is one of the very best in the business for the DC area (and beyond). From start to finish, the moving team excelled and easily were the most professional moving team we’ve ever encountered. Armando, Reyes, and Montiel arrived on time, handled our belongings with care and kept them well-organized, and worked hard throughout the move to meet their estimated time. Perhaps best of all, there were no hidden surprises or unfair surcharges at the end. Everything was exactly as it should have been, and they’ve certainly earned their various ratings of excellence – from the BBB, TrustPilot, Google, and more. Well done, guys....we definitely will be turning to them again when we’re ready for our next move!

I had an outstanding experience with Zip Moving and felt it was important to recognize the exceptional service they provided. Every interaction with the company was professional, courteous, and customer-focused. The moving crew arrived on time, handled my belongings with care, and completed the move efficiently and without any issues. The entire process was seamless. What truly distinguished Zip Moving was their commitment to customer satisfaction. During the move, the company proactively contacted me to ensure everything was going well and encouraged me to reach out immediately if I needed anything. That level of follow-up and attention to the customer is something you don’t see very often. Having hired multiple moving companies over the years, I can confidently say this was the best moving experience I’ve ever had. I highly recommend Zip Moving to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and customer-focused moving company.

The crew (Jose and Edu) showed up early. They were extremely courteous, professional, and very, very efficient. They finished the move quickly, more than an hour earlier than the estimate provided a week earlier by an extremely friendly and understanding young man. The efficiency of the movers actually ended up saving me both time and money! And absolutely everything arrived at the new apartment without so much as a scratch on it! Outstanding service, great communication. Thanks Zip!
