The AnswerFirst agents (staff) are friendly, easy to understand, competent to get the needed information, and thorough in doing the work. Our leads come to us ready to follow-up as appropriate. The price is right, too. We were using another service that locked us into a 3-year contract before they completely changed agent hiring practices, cost more than twice as much, barely had any script flexibility at all, agents kept people on the phone way too long and could barely be understood, and then agents would mis-type lead names, phone numbers and/or email addresses. We've been with AnswerFirst for a couple of months now. It's such a relief.
