Armadillo has completely restored my faith in home warranty companies! I'll be honest, I've been pretty jaded by home warranties in the past and wasn't convinced they were worth the investment. But after purchasing our rental property and signing up with Armadillo, I can confidently say my experience has completely changed my perspective! We've already submitted three claims, and every single one has been handled quickly, professionally, and with exceptional communication. A special thank you to Linda, who helped us get signed up and made the entire process seamless, and Noor Isidro, who has been absolutely wonderful in coordinating our claims. The responsiveness, professionalism, and genuine care they've shown have been outstanding. As an out-of-state property owner, having a reliable home warranty company that communicates clearly, coordinates services efficiently, and makes the process stress-free is invaluable. What really sets Armadillo apart is the people. They don't just process claims; they genuinely make you feel supported and taken care of. I never thought I'd say this, but Armadillo has made me a believer in home warranties again! Highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable coverage and exceptional customer service!

We purchased an Armadillo Home Warranty concurrent with the purchase of our new home. Home warranties are supposed to make one’s life easier by facilitating the repair process should something go wrong with a covered appliance or home system. However that definitely has not been the case with Armadillo. We needed a very simple plumbing repair. Before the claims team would authorize payment for said repair, they requested a detailed diagnosis and explanation of the failure, the cause of the failure, photos, and a detailed breakdown of the parts and labor required to make the repair. There were so many approval layers that we ended up going back and forth with Armadillo and our plumbing vendor for several weeks before we finally received approval for the repair. In the end our claim was approved (and paid) but it was such a complicated process that it became clear to us that Armadillo’s claim team was more interested in finding out reasons to not pay the claim than they were in helping us. We were so frustrated that we even wrote a letter to Armadillo CEO Matan Slagter, using the address on Armadillo’s webpage only to have the letter returned to us marked “Return to Sender - VACANT - Unable to Forward.” Based on this experience we would not recommend the purchase of an Armadillo Home Warranty and will not be renewing our contract.

We purchased a policy with armadillo back in March. We recently had an issue with our garbage disposal. As this was our first claim, we relied heavily on our agent Larry Hines. He really came through for us explaining the process and working with us to get everything taken care of quickly and smoothly. I highly recommend contacting Larry for all of your Home warranty needs.

This company won't call us back or keep in touch. They had no problem taking our deductible, then won't call, text, or email back. We have been waiting for 3 WEEKS for a new water heater(ours stopped working a few days into our home purchase), even after we used THEIR TECHNICIAN, and their technician submitted a diagnosis for replacement. We've been taking ice cold showers. Not fun. All while we wait for correspondence from Armadillo. They're awful, and I would not recommend hiring them!!!!

Absolutely horrible customer service. Idk how you ship out a hitch without the hardware or even without a box. Then say sorry for the inconvenience on something you can't even use. Definitely do not recommend buying anything from them.

If there was a 0 star i would give it. they are a fraudulent company y. It is you and your luck. Once they answer and then they keep u for months ghosting you. I have reached out to exchange a small size that they were the ones to mistaken my order for a large sneakers and no one answers or does anything. They take your hard earned money and give you the boot. I hope all you out there to be careful with them. They may have very few people they answer back but they have also many many that they don’t give a shit about. I am here out of money and patience. Stay awayyyyyy

I called many times about the status of my claim but kept getting bounced around. I still haven't heard back from management but one of the reps mentioned my claim will most likely be denied. The technician will speculate on cause for malfunction to side with the insurance company with no proof. They'll use general catch all phrases like misuse of equipment just to have an out. Terrible experience and would not recommend.

Armadillo helped me get a water heater replaced on day one of new home ownership! Big thanks to Larry Hines for getting me setup with the proper plan. I highly recommend picking the comprehensive plan as it offers the most value.
