Mario from Armadillo is amazing and very responsive! I have had horrible issues with other home warranty companies, but Armadillo is great to work with and effectively and efficiently processed my claim. I highly recommend Armadillo!!

I want to express my gratitude for the outstanding support Mario provided. After two disappointing experiences with previous technicians, Mario went above and beyond to ensure our furnace was repaired and running properly. His patience and professionalism stood out as he carefully listened to our concerns, walked us through the process, and made sure we were made whole. Mario’s dedication to resolving the issue and his attention to detail truly restored our faith in Armadillo. He turned a frustrating experience into a positive one, and we couldn’t be happier with the service he provided!

I had a pipe burst in a rental. I contacted them online they said they would reimburse $350. I got it done the same day and paid $550. Then a sales person came and said they would not pay it because the repairs were already done. And it was not approved by them. I contacted them before I did the job but could not leave a pipe leaking all day waiting on them. It was done the day I put in the ticket. I canceled the service. I have had problem after problem with this company I will not recommend them at all Be careful what you sign. Read the contract bec. there are a lot of things that they DO NOT COVER. Parts of what they say they will and can end up costing you just as much money as if you were doing it yourself. I would go with another company.

This company is a scam! Avoid at all costs. You pay $100 for someone to come "diagnose" the issue. The tech is in Armadillo's pocket so without spending more than 5 minutes or looking inside the equipment he writes down that it's a design flaw or other reason that means Armadillo doesn't need to cover. If you call and insist that they at least do a real inspection of the equipment for $100 as agreed you'll never hear back. Huge waste of time and $. Don't support a company that cheats people.

Hey there Eleanor, I appreciate you taking the time to leave this review. Our team strives to provide the best customer service possible, and I’m sorry your most recent service experience was not satisfactory. The diagnosis completed to your system was due to improperly sized ductwork which is not covered within your Armadillo plan (please refer to section A on page 4 of the contract). I am going to let our operations and claims team know about your feedback for future plan building. Our team would be more than happy to go over your coverage contract with you if you need any further clarification on your coverage and limits! Please reach out to us at [email protected] and we’ll get back to you ASAP to set up some time to walk you through our best-in-class warranty coverage. Thank you for being an Armadillo subscriber! All the best, Taylor Todd, Director of Claims Resolution
