Hi there, we are unable to find any records of a pickup with last name "Noel" so would ask this customer to contact us immediately. We have a team of experts providing transparent pricing on all items we purchase from users, so would not want potential customers confused by this review.

JUST WANT TO SAY THAT YOUR DRIVERS WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. YOUR BUSINESS IS SUCH A BRILLIANT IDEA AND YOU REALLY HELPED MY HUSBAND OUT AS WE HAVE BEEN STRUGGLING FINANCIALLY SINCE THE PANDEMIC. THE DIRECT DEPOSIT PAYOUT IS VERY CONVENIENCE AS WELL

Backflip was easy to use and prompt in their process. The company kept good communication with me throughout the process and I had no problems cashing out to get my funds. I definitely recommend their services if you're looking to declutter your belongings.

I stumbled on Backflip on Facebook. So happy I decided to give them a try. Super easy from beginning to end. Lots of options with scheduling to fit my schedule. Great communication throughout the process. Courteous driver. An offer was made in a timely manner. Once I accepted , the payment was quick. I like that there are 3 options on how you want to be paid. At first I had a little trouble locating exactly what was accepted but once I looked around the site, I found what I needed to know. Backflip is my favorite way to sell items.

The whole process is easy from start to finish and really fast. The gentleman that picked up my items was very kind and helpful. Backflip is my new place to sell my used items.

Backflip is a great service! I love that you can schedule same day pick up. They stay in touch throughout the whole process. I love that they give you a quote with a quick turn around and that you can accept or deny their offer. Payments are direct deposit within 24 hours. Super fabulous experience! Can’t wait to use backflip again!
