Super easy to schedule pick up and accept an offer. I am already gathering more items for another pick-up.

Super quick and easy process. I got a fair price for my items, and they delivered the items back that weren’t sellable, or that I decided to try to sell for more on my own. I’ll totally use them again in the future!

My first experience with Backflip was great. Had a few questions and they answered me in a timely manner. Very convenient way to get rid of you unwanted items around the house. Will be use Backflip again.

Used backflip after clearing something’s that were just collecting dust and taking up space at home. It was quick to set pick up and received a great offer for my items. They were very professional in keeping me updated on what was going on and the best part was getting paid within minutes of accepting their offer!!

I really liked my Backflip experience. I happened to see an ad on Facebook when I was planning to clean out my closet and probably just drop the items at Goodwill. I certainly got more money then I would have gotten if I took my items to Goodwill ($37 vs $0) and I didn't even have to drive or drop them off. Everything was very quick and I was updated along the whole process. I liked that I could still choose to have my items returned to me, since that is definitely not an option if you donate or sell things other places. Ultimately I sold or let you recycle all items but it was still nice to have the option. I liked that you had a few options for payment. I chose Amazon giftcard so i wouldn't need to enter my bank account details so that felt really secure and I got my giftcard SUPER fast. I sent a referral link to my husband, my employees, and my friends in the Houston area. We are moving to a new home soon so I'm sure we will gather up some more items in the process of packing and moving. I intend to use the service again.
