I purchased a iPhone screen protector with “lifetime” warranty from an Apple Store. The employeee told me i could come back in and they could warranty the screen protector. They can not after i drive back to the store. I try to register my product on Belkin/s website. They would not acccept the product number on my Apple Store invoice. I called spent and hour on the phone i did get it registered. Then found i had to pay 15.97 in shipping. Did that. Received the replacement screen protector. It comes with no instructions, alcohol wipe, dust sticker nothing. Chat GPT says to use the alignment tray. I don’t have that either as it was put on in the Apple Store. I tried to install the protector and it wasn’t striaght then when i tried to straighten it it would not stay stuck to the screen. So i just purchased a 2 pack off Amazon for less money and it comes with an alignment tray and items to install the screen protector. Don’t spend your money on the Belkin “lifetime” warranty.

I purchased a pair of Belkin SoundForm Play wireless earbuds in June 2025, and after around 15 months of regular use, the plastic around the charging case hinge started cracking. The earbuds themselves were still working perfectly, but I was worried the lid would eventually break completely. I decided to contact Belkin through their warranty replacement form, and I was pleasantly surprised by how smoothly everything went. Initially, they asked me to provide a photo of the product’s serial number. Unfortunately, the printing on the charging case had faded so much that it was practically unreadable, and I no longer had the original packaging. Despite this, they were still able to process my request using the information and photographs I provided. My replacement was approved, but unfortunately, the product was out of stock. After some delays, Belkin explained that my model had been discontinued and could no longer be replaced. Instead of leaving me without a solution, they offered me a full refund of €29.99, the original purchase price! The refund process was surprisingly quick. I received the refund offer, followed the instructions provided, and the money arrived in my bank account just one day after submitting my payment details. Throughout the entire process, their communication was polite, professional and helpful. I especially appreciated that they took my issue seriously, even though it was a relatively small defect and the earbuds were still functional. It’s genuinely refreshing to see a company stand behind its products and honour its warranty like this. This experience has definitely made me more confident about purchasing Belkin products in the future. Thank you, Belkin, for such a positive customer service experience!

I have purchased a "lifetime" screen protector with a purchase of an IPhone from Apple, and was advised if anything happens to it, it will be replaced for free as long as I own the phone. I have called to order a replacement as it was never added to my portal, and was advised that only if it bubble will it be replaced free, not if it is cracked? What is the point of a screen protector that isn't replaced if cracked ??? Further more it it is not free as the shipping costs £10 so I may as well of bought a standard one. DO NOT GET FOOLED into thinking you pay £30 for a lifetime protector free of charge if damaged, as this is not the case. Buy a standard one it will be cheaper then this! Totally misleading.

I purchased Belkin's expensive screen protector when I bought my i-phone. I did it because I was told the warranty protection was worth the high price. After it chipped I took it to an Apple store (original vendor) to get it replaced. Apple stores will not replace a Belkin screen protector under warranty. It must be requested & mailed by Belkin. And the sales tech implied the replacements weren't even the same quality. Very misleading & deceptive selling practice.

J'ai acheter des écouteurs USB type C il y a 3 mois environs: Ce sont les PIRES écouteurs de ma vie ca fait un mois que le volume de mon PC bouge tout seul, même sans ca ces atrocités baissent graduellement de volume. Vraiment, les vendre 16 euros ca!? vous vous moquez de moi!? Fuyez à tout pris cette marque je n'ai jamais eu autant la haine que ca pour un achat technologique

J'ai acheté un chargeur Belkin avec une offre promotionnelle promettant un remboursement de 30% soit 15 Euros. Je me suis inscrit en ligne et j'ai soumis tous les documents requis, y compris la facture et le code-barres, correctement. Cependant, l'entreprise a rejeté ma demande sans raison valable. Cela ressemble à une arnaque pour attirer les clients avec de fausses promesses. Je conseille à tout le monde d'être prudent et d'éviter leurs produits.

Ho acquistato una ciabatta elettrica con protezione da sovraccarichi. La protezione non ha funzionato e un dispositivo è rimasto danneggiato oltre alla ciabatta stessa. Belkin millanta una garanzia in questi casi, ma per avvalersene tocca mandare la ciabatta in verifica in UK. La documentazione da produrre per la dogana è disarmante e Berkin non fornisce i dati necessari nemmeno in seguito a solleciti. Ho speso quanto l'articolo per inviare la ciabatta a loro in verifica e ora la dogana me la sta rimandando a casa. è quasi impossibile contattare il produttore tutto passa tramite segnalazioni via sito web al numero fornito non mi è stato mai risposto. alla fine ho trovato un indirizzo mail ma hanno sempre tergiversato. Risultato, ho la ciabatta rotta, un apparecchio audio rotto e ho speso 25 euro per una spedizione internazionale che mi ritornerà indietro. NON ci cascate, nel mio caso non ha funzionato l'apparecchio e non c'è stata alcuna garanzia sui danni.

They are such a fraudulent company. They sell you a screen protector for over $50 with a promise of lifetime warranty and they tell you to pay $9 for shipping you the replacement
