Purchased a belkin screen protector (ultraglass 2) when purchasing my iPhone 17 at the Apple Store. I was told there that there would be a warranty that covers the screen protector and all I would have to do is return to the Apple Store to have it replaced. When I eventually cracked my screen protector and was in need of a replacement, I returned to the Apple Store and was told that I first needed to order a replacement screen protector from belkin (to my house) and then bring it to the Apple Store. I found this ridiculous as they already had Belkin screen protectors available (to purchase) at the store. Nonetheless, I returned home and attempted to order a replacement screen protector only to find out that there is a $16 delivery charge! Seems like an absolute money racket and misleading advertisement from the outset. Buyers beware!

Hatte einen Uhren-Schutz für meine Apple Watch (Serie 6 / 44 mm) bestellt - dachte ich. Auf der Homepage war nicht eindeutig ersichtlich, dass dieser nur für 40 mm ist. Das Ganze zurückgeschickt - sollte nach Tschechien versandt werden - Porto dann auch noch € 14,00. Retoure seit 07.09.2026 beim Unternehmen und ich habe immer noch keine Gutschrift trotz mehrfacher Erinnerungs-Mails. Fazit: Keine Bestellung mehr direkt über die Homepage von Belkin!!!

Belkin sold me on a free lifetime replacement/warranty. Classic bait. When I actually needed it (Case 18697945), the original product wasn’t in stock. This is for a screen protector tied to the iPhone 17, a phone that just launched, and they still couldn’t fulfill the “lifetime” replacement of their own product. I waited an additional 15 days only to be told it still wasn’t in stock. They pushed a substitute, then had the nerve to charge $9.99 shipping for a cheaper replacement. That fee isn’t about shipping; it’s a paywall dressed up as “lifetime” coverage. Cost of shipping that glass is nowhere near ten bucks. It’s a fee to make “free” mean “not free.” If your warranty only works when you pay again, stop advertising free lifetime replacement. Call it what it is: $9 to replace. Apple should sever ties with Belkin or at least make the $9 fee and the “out of stock on a brand-new iPhone accessory” reality crystal clear at purchase. Never buying Belkin again, and neither should anyone else who falls for the lifetime pitch.

I’m extremely disappointed with both the product quality and Belkin’s customer service. The screen protector cracked within only 7–8 months of normal use. I contacted Belkin for a replacement and was already charged about $10 for shipping. However, Belkin then sent me the wrong replacement item. I contacted customer service again to correct THEIR mistake. I spent nearly an hour on the phone dealing with holds, transfers, reconnecting, explaining the same issue repeatedly, and even speaking with a manager. After all of that, their solution was to ask me to pay ANOTHER $10 shipping charge just to receive the correct replacement. Why should a customer have to pay twice because Belkin sent the wrong product? This is completely unacceptable after-sales service. A warranty or replacement program means very little if the customer has to keep paying shipping charges to fix mistakes made by the company itself. I have purchased three Belkin products, but after this experience, I will not be buying from Belkin again. Poor product durability, frustrating customer service, and an unreasonable replacement process. Definitely not the level of service I expected from a company like Belkin.

le support ma fait perdre mon temps me demandant de faire plein de tests, des videos....pour me dire apres 3 semaines que le materiel etait trop vieux et n etait plus supporte ( soundform belkin / devialet ) et en repportant le non fonctionnement sur google ...

On the day of my flight to New Zealand I’ve bought a power bank from the uk. Unfortunately it turned up to be faulty and never worked. Contacted belkin and they did offer a replacement product but only to the uk which was a bit useless for me. For a company that sells in many duty free shops and have products in New Zealand that’s is a very disappointing situation and also buying a product that doesn’t work is pretty annoying

The replacement program is a scam, the screen protector also are bad, the break within a month. Apple should stop working with a bad quality product from third party
