Scammers take your money send nothing, avoid at all costs

The website is a scam site. They do not send the goods. Once you purchase they try to scam you with more discounts. They try to scam you to pay a second time. They try to delay you with chat bots from seeking reimbursement from paypal or banks. The account you make with them deletes and you do not get a tracking number. They use your name to make fake social media accounts and add you to get more information to hack you further with the information you provided. They know from the sale an address and a phone number and a name that may be associated with you or someone you know. If you experience this scam report it everywhere and they'll get closed down.

Items paid for and never received. Do not use this company they are a scam outfit, if there was an option for no stars I would have happily given it to them

Terrible experience with this company. I paid for and Ordered two hats on 9th December 2023, expecting delivery in 10 - 12 days max to the UK. I regularly order from the US and have never had to wait more than 10 days. I sent three emails to the company before I get a one-line generic reply telling me its on the way. Its now over 80 days and I never received anything, zero customer service once they take your money. The links for customer support do not work on their website, they are all fake. I now have to make a claim with my credit card company and wait another few weeks to get my money back.

Save your money and time. Totally scam. Was waiting more than a month and received hats in a plastic bag totally smashed, literally. Customer service "ZERO", just repeated that it is correct order, there is no mistake. All points about destroyed items on delivery ignored. Offered 2 USD refund as a compensation....

Everything everyone has written is true. Cheap nasty hat looking nothing like the photo arrived battered and damaged in plastic bag. Anyone else interested in pursuing them through the small claims court?

Terrible product and packaging! DON'T BUY! Hat is put in plastic bag even for international shipping! This means its completely flat and destroyed when you get it.

Absolute rubbish. My hat arrived looking nothing at all like the photo. Different colour, different shape and made of plastic. Their "customer service" decreed it was what I had ordered. Avoid this company at all cost.
